Gregg Edwards Provides Expert Testimony in Delaware Chancery Court Litigation Involving the Take-Private Transaction of Inovalon Holdings, Inc.

Gregg Edwards served as the Plaintiffs’ valuation expert in a Delaware Court of Chancery action arising from the $7.3 billion take-private acquisition of Inovalon Holdings, Inc.  Mr. Edwards’ expert testimony in this matter included the computation of the company’s fair value, analysis of the economic impact of the transaction on minority stockholders, and the quantification of the alleged value of benefits received by the company’s controlling shareholder that were not shared ratably with the public stockholders.

Trial in this matter is scheduled to begin on August 31, 2026.
