Investors are seeking approval from the Delaware Court of Chancery for a $48 million settlement in litigation challenging the 2023 acquisition of Quotient Technology Inc., which Plaintiffs alleged was consummated at an unfair price.
If approved, the $48 million recovery would represent one of the largest Revlon settlements in the history of the Court of Chancery, as well as one of the largest recoveries obtained by a single firm (Saxena White P.A.).
