BMPC Canada represents a proposed class of investors in medical and recreational cannibis company, Aurora Cannibis, Inc. (“Aurora”). Plaintiff in this action alleges that Defendants made various misrepresentations and omissions regarding Aurora’s expected future growth rates and, as a result, Plaintiff and class members “suffered losses and damages by acquiring ACB’s securities at artificially inflated prices and holding some or all of those securities until after one or more of the Public Corrective Statements.”
